Dissemination, Web Portal and communication material, including:
- Flyer: A concise, visually engaging document that provides an overview of the project, its objectives, and expected outcomes, designed for quick distribution to stakeholders and the general public.
- Roll-up Banner: A portable, eye-catching display used at events, conferences, and meetings to present key project messages, branding, and visuals in an impactful way.
- Poster: A visually appealing printed material summarizing the project’s goals, methodology, and results, used for exhibitions, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
- Mugs’ Mocks: Custom-designed promotional mugs featuring project branding, logos, and key messages, serving as a long-lasting and practical way to enhance project visibility.
- Bags’ Mocks: Custom-branded tote bags featuring the project’s logo and key visuals, designed as a practical and reusable promotional item to enhance project visibility at events and daily use.
- Notebooks’ Mocks: Personalized notebooks with project branding, used as a functional and professional giveaway item to engage stakeholders and reinforce project identity in meetings and workshops.
- Newsletter: A periodic (1 per 6 months) digital publication providing updates on project progress, milestones, success stories, and upcoming activities, ensuring ongoing engagement with stakeholders.
- Dissemination, communication and exploitation plan : A strategic document outlining the methods and channels to promote the project, engage stakeholders, and maximize the use of project results for long-term impact.
- Sustainability and Exploitation Plan: A framework ensuring the continuation and real-world application of the project’s results beyond its official duration, including strategies for funding, partnerships, and policy integration.
- Dissemination videos: Short, engaging three (3) in total videos showcasing the project’s objectives, activities, and achievements, designed for sharing on social media, websites, and events.

- Local Dissemination Activities: Community-based events, workshops, and presentations organized in different regions to raise awareness, involve stakeholders, and promote project outcomes at a grassroots level. Each project partner will organize Info Days and a Youth Movie Night, respectively. Local Events, lasting one day, aim to engage at least 45 local youth participants.

- Impact Evaluation Report: A comprehensive analysis measuring the effectiveness of dissemination and communication efforts, assessing stakeholder engagement, visibility, and the broader societal and policy impact of the project.
